We aim to send all standard valuation reports (including Help-To-Buy reports) within 24 hours. (Not including weekends).

We strive to ensure that all our Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys are issued within 3 working days of the survey taking place.

Our Building Survey reports do not include a valuation. However, this can be added for an additional fee. Our Homebuyer reports DO include a FREE valuation.

We ensure that all of our reports are quality checked prior to issue. Once your report has passed through our internal audit process, it will be sent to you via email in electronic PDF format.

We can post a hardcopy to you for a small fee upon request.

You will be notified of the survey date once this has been agreed upon with the estate agents or vendor. Once the survey has taken place, you should receive your report within 3 working days. We will contact you if there are any issues or the survey cannot go ahead on the agreed date.

This is an estimated cost to rebuild the property completely if it were to be demolished for any reason such as fire damage or lightning strike. This is provided for insurance purposes.

We are happy to discuss any particular concerns you have about the property prior to the survey taking place. We will then discuss our findings with you after the survey.

We will highlight to you if we suspect asbestos to be present within certain materials within the building or any outbuildings/garages. We do not undertake tests or obtain samples of such materials; however we can point you in the right direction on how to have materials tested for asbestos content.

We require notification 24 hours prior to the date the survey is due to take place to ensure you receive a full refund.

By law we are not legally authorised to test services, however, we do carry out a visual inspection and will provide advice based on our findings.
